Builders deliver payloads and bids to a relay. A proposer can request a blinded header and receive the corresponding payload after signing, subject to the specific relay protocol.
What should trading bot developers know about MEV Relay?
The term relay also describes other networking services. An Ethereum MEV-Boost relay is not interchangeable with a transaction RPC, a block builder, or a generic packet relay.
