What is a MEV Block Builder?

An MEV block builder constructs candidate blocks by selecting and ordering transactions and bundles. In proposer-builder arrangements, the builder offers a candidate payload to a proposer through the network's accepted mechanism, often bidding for the right to have it proposed.

What should trading bot developers know about MEV Block Builder?
