# BlockRazor Support

The BlockRazor Support Center helps developers find product and integration answers, search common questions, connect AI agents to the official documentation, and contact the support team.

## Support channels

- **Documentation:** current product capabilities, supported chains, API requirements, and integration instructions.
- **Documentation MCP:** connect supported AI coding tools to `https://mcp.blockrazor.io/docs`.
- **FAQ search:** search common questions about streams, transaction submission, billing, and account access.
- **Discord:** ask community and integration questions through the official BlockRazor Discord.
- **Support ticket:** authenticated customers can submit account-specific or service-specific requests from the portal.

For technical answers, identify the chain, product, endpoint region, interface, and any relevant request or transaction identifier. Do not publish credentials, API keys, or private transaction data in public channels.
